Andy Ostrowski was a 2014 Democratic candidate who sought election to the U.S.
House to represent the 11th Congressional District of Pennsylvania.[1] He ran unopposed in the Democratic primary on May 20, 2014.[2] Andy Ostrowski lost the general election on November 4, 2014.

Ostrowski earned a B.A. in political science from Millersville University in 1988. He went on to receive his J.D. from Widener University School of Law in 1992. Ostrowski practiced constitutional rights law for over 20 years.[3]
